| Abstract: | Some handling practices related to health about finfish culture are analyzed and
discussed in this paper. The wild caught broodstocks were cultivated for two years
under environment conditions in concrete pond where developed techniques
avoided stressful conditions like high stocking densities which may result in
compromised fish health, disease and mortality. Marine fish species are also
susceptible to many infectious pathogens including parasites. As a result of that,
prophylactic bathes have been identified as method of control. Reproductive
parameters could have showed due to good managements. |
