Nine species of cnidarians, seven hydroids, one octocoral and one zoanthid are recorded for the first time for Cuban waters. The family Sphaerocorynidae Prévot, 1959 and the genera Gymnangium Hincks, 1874, Sphaerocoryne Pictet, 1893 and Turritopsis McCrady, 1857 are consigned for the first time for Cuban archipelago. A new sponge host is find for Zyzzyzus floridanus Petersen, 1990 and the presence in Cuba of Plumularia setacea (Linnaeus, 1758), is confirmed.Collections
