| Abstract: | Pontinus clemensi es una especie descrita con un reducido número de especímenes. En Junio de 1999, un espécimen adicional de P. clemensi fue colectado en la isla Malpelo, Colombia (3º 59' N, 81º 35' W). Este ejemplar permitió ampliar la descripción original de la especie y su ámbito geográfico en el Pacifico Oriental.
Pontinus clemensi is a species described with a small number of specimens. In June 1999, an additional specimen of P. clemensi was collected at Malpelo Island, Colombia (3 ° 59 'N, 81 º 35' W). This copy it possible to expand the original description of the species and its geographical coverage in the Eastern Pacific. |
