| Abstract: | The presence of S. afuerae is registered for first time in Colombian Pacific waters. Considering the period and the relative abundance, the cause to be is presumed the migratory effect by the cold phenomenon “La Niña”, declared in the end of 1998 and/or the few samples in the rocky zones offshore the continental shelf. |
