| Abstract: | Résumé : En 15 jours de pêche expérimentale, un caseyeur japonais a pêché près de 40.000 kg de crabe profond (Geryon maritae) représentant 12.032 kg de produit fini sous forme de farcis et pattes.
Le rapport Capture/Produit fini a été estimé à 3, et celui de Poids total du crabe/Poids des pattes à environ 1,7.
Abstract : During 15 days of experimental fishing, a Japanese pot crabber produced 12,032 kg meat and claws of deep crab, Geryon maritae product (stuffed and legs) from catch around 40,000 kg. This boat could have achieved a catch of about 860 tons/year.
The ratio Catch/Finished product is estimated at 3, and the ratio of the total weight of crab/weight of legs at about 1,7. |
