| Abstract: | El Plan Estratégico Institucional con el Proyecto J012024, considera las actividades y recursos económicos para elaborar el Diagnóstico Ambiental requerido para obtener el Plan de Manejo Ambiental de trece Repartos Navales, entre Bases y Capitanías y Retén Naval, a fin de desarrollar una Armada Moderna, eficiente y capaz de enfrentar las políticas ambientales nacionales. Este proyecto duró cuatro años del 2004 al 2007, continuándose en el futuro con las auditorías ambientales de los repartos estudiados. The Institutional Strategic Plan proposes the project Environmental Administration of the Navy". This project considers the necessity to study and elaborate an Environmental Diagnosis of the Navy Base for the implementation of the Environmental Protection Plans that the INSGAR should carry out in order to develop a modern, efficient and able Navy of facing the national environmental politics. From the 2004 at the 2007 are inspected and carries out the Environmental Diagnosis with their respective Environmental Protection Plans to 14 Navy Bases that has in the coast and insular region. Their implementation is responsibility of each Bases and the execution of the audits is in change of the INSGAR. This article describes the works and parameters that were analyzed in the Naval Base and the reach of the Handling Plan, concluding that the biggest environmental problems that they had are: the population's environmental conscience, the handling of water and of solid waste. In protected areas we have to include the presence and control of introduced species. |
