| Résumé: | An experiment totally at random in order to know the effect of alfalfa (Medicago sativa) in pink shrimp (Farfantepenaeus notialis) postlarvae was carried out. Initial medium weight was 0.07 ± 0.003 g. Four isoprotein diets with 0; 0.5; 1.0 and 2.0% with different levels of alfalfa meal were tested. Best results in weight gain, protein efficiency and Feed Conversion Factor were obtained with the formula containing highest percentage of this leguminous (2.0%). It was recommended to continue the nutrition studies using this row material as well as to determine its optimum level of addition. |
