| Abstract: | The Turkish NODC operates under the organization of the Department of Navigation, Hydrography and Oceanography (DNHO). The Turkish NODC has a database management system and allocated experts for this mission. The Centre gets oceanographic data from the naval vessels, the research vessels of the other institutes and through exchange programmes at the international level. The Centre provides data for educational and research purposes, free of charge. |
