| Résumé: | Following a brief history of the tuna fisheries in Madagascar, an account is given of the current situation, providing also details of various fishing agreements and protocols passed by Madagascar during the period 1986-1994. Tuna catches in the Madagascan EEZ since 1988 are listed and financial costs of tuna activities are outlined. |
