In This study it was prepared about 100 individual pearl oyster in average (D.V.M) 21-60 mm of Nakhiloo, and after Cutting byssus gland, in the laboratory the number and time of their attach to substrata were studied. It was considered that there was a significant difference between times (6 hours in the first observation and 13 hour in the second) and the number of attached oyster to substrata in the preliminary study. Also the oysters with height were more attached to substrata.Journal
