Eggs of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix have herr subjected to lead nitrate in dosages of 0/01 ppm uo to 20 ppm and it was observed that sample of more that 12 hours before were resistant to lead nitrate_ Also it was observed that is sample of more orc than 32 hours lead increased moritary rate and abnormalities, These samples lost body length avid accumaltard lead in their tissues. Lead affected thickness of retina layers in the eyes of swim fry's and in dosages of 1 to 20 ppm decreased thickness of these layels from 6% to 12%, Nearly 50 percent of newlarvae in dosage of 1 ppm and 100 percent of them in dosage of 20 ppm showed symptoms cif lordosis is abnormality. No meaningful histopathological efect was seen by affecting lead nitrate on eyelenses oticcapsule, ventricuics, notocord and yolksme of thew larvae, Average leadnitiate concentration in Anzali wettland is 0/124+0/0507 ppm in surface waters and 0/1956t+0/385 ppm in depper waters. fertilized eggs to death and it is demonstrated that at This rate of pollution nearly I8 percent of these eggs will be valueless from the fishery viewpoint .Journal
