| Résumé: | Catch statistics and fishing craft statistics are presented for the Indian Ocean tuna fisheries for the period 1990-1999. The former are presented by species, country, year and by gear. Details are also given of the number of fisheries crafts in the national fleets, in order to provide information on the economic and technical development of the fisheries and to provide an approximate idea of fluctuations in fishing effort. |
